「The cabin backed up to another house; not a pier and waterfront. I was dreadfully disappointed that I could not see the lake while drinking coffee from the privacy of the back porch. The cabin is located within an RV park that fronts the water. So, you can walk over to the water. The photos looked as though the pier and water were likely behind the house. They were not. I specifically searched for waterfront cabins and this pulled up. If having privacy to the water is your priority, look...
