"The entire staff showed so much love to us as we celebrated my birthday with them. If you’re traveling here book the transfer to the hotel with the Four Seasons because there’s a warm welcome on the dock when you arrive. If I can give this place 10 stars I would! Kimisha at the pool was my favorite person!"

"I like that the room is equipped with everything you need. Pots, pans, cups, utensils, cookware. Don't feel like eating out u can cook right in your apartment. What i didn't like is that because it was a ground room, the seating outside was dirty so I couldn't sit out there and security was walking back and forth through the yard."

"I stayed here most recent in May of 2026. The reviews I read had me a bit hesitant but I’m happy to say I didn’t experience any of the negative experiences mentioned. The property manager Safiera was very hospitable and accommodating. Every inquiry I had was answered and attended to appropriately by the staff. It’s far from the beaches and tourist sites and may not have some of the other amenities other hotels offer however it is economically priced, convenient and most of all comfortable, so with that said it’s worth the trade off. I would definitely suggest having your own transportation so you can get about the island and partake in tourism. It’s a property I would definitely stay at again. Thank you Safiera, Alexa and everyone else that was of assistance during my 2 day stay."

"Very nice resort, though starting to look a little worn in places. Room was very comfortable and the staff were very nice and attentive. It is about a 20 min drive back and forth into town, so rental car is definitely helpful, unless you just plan to stay on the resort. Water taxi to Nevis comes straight to the Hyatt dock, which is nice. Only major complaint was the prices on the resort - while the room itself wasn’t terribly priced, the food, drinks and everything else for sale on site were extremely high, even by resort standards. As a result, we opted to eat and shop mostly away from the Hyatt (even shopping at the Four Seasons on Nevis was a bargain by comparison!)"
