“An amazing hotel chain, our ferry was delayed big time, did not arrive until after 8am but staff were welcoming, 2 hours of the best sleep possible and was ready for the drive ahead. I have already looked for more ace hotels and i know i will be using them again, brillint for value, top for customer service Sophie was fantastic, bed was comfy and room was spotless, thank you for your efforts, we will be back”
