“Quando si scrive una recensione é sempre un problema, soprattutto quando il luogo ti é piaciuto tanto, perché poi hai sempre la paura di non trovare più posto ! Cominceró col dire, che il parco che circonda la proprietá é bellissimo e si nota che le piante una ad una vengono amate. La piscina é una meraviglia, ma quello che mi ha stupita di piú é che ogni animaletto, ha un nome come "Peppe" lo scoiattolo.La famiglia che ci ha accolti, ci ha fatto sentire a casa ! “Herzlicher Empfang durch die Gastgeberin Cinzia, zur Krönung gab es am ersten Abend ein phantastisches, typisches Marken-Abendessen, das ausgezeichnet schmeckte und für einen Genuß am nächsten Mittag auch noch reichte. Das Ferienhaus war sehr gepflegt und überaus geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Sehr viele dekorative Gegenstände, die zum Teil wie aus der Zeit gefallen schienen, aber dem ganzen eine unvergessliche persönliche Note verliehen. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und empfehlen dieses……

“The house perfectly reflects the announcement and photos on the website and we had a great time. The rooms are all spacious, bright and fresh. The decor is pretty and the beds are super comfortable. The 3 bathrooms are large and spotlessly clean and the kitchen is perfectly functional with everything, really everything! The outdoor areas are well-kept and the swimming pool is very pleasant. The house offers complete privacy but everything can be found within a 10-15 minute drive: shops, bars,……

“Selten einen so tollen Urlaub gehabt!! Die Eigentümer des Ferienhauses waren super nett!! Sie waren da, wenn wir sie brauchten und haben uns absolut trotzdem unsere Privatsphäre gelassen, obwohl man ja auf dem selben Grundstück ist und die Häuser nur 20 Meter auseinander stehen. Tolles Ferienhauses, tolle Gastgeber, klasse Umgebung,... Alles prima!!! .. Gerne wieder :)”

“È stata una piacevolissima sorpresa. La casa molto accogliente e attrezzata perfettamente per ospitare 2 famiglie comode. Il Check-in e il check-out agilissimo e casa molto pulita. Camere grandi e luminose, con il necessario per sentirsi a proprio agio (ventilatore, specchi, grucce negli armadi, cuscini, letti abbastanza comodi ...) Ottimi gli spazi interni comodissimi e spaziosi. Lo spazio esterno vanta una vista meravigliosa e rilassante. Si potrebbe attrezzare forse meglio. La piscina è……

“We had a great holiday in the villa and specifically enjoyed the garden, pool and location on top of a hill. Small grocery in 5 min drive. Although 40 min drive to Ancona / the coast, the location for us was nothing less than fabulous. Visited several wineries in the neighbourhood as well as a olive oil maker. Contact with owner is very prompt and smooth; check-in and check-out effortless.”

“Die Villa ist sehr groß und hat ausreichend Zimmer und Betten. Wir waren 4 Erwachsene und 3 Kimder (6, 7 und 8 Jahre). Der Pool hat eine gute Größe zum Schwimmen und ist für die Kinder zum Plantschen perfekt. Cindy hat uns einen selbstgebackenen Kuchen gebracht, der super geschmeckt hat. Auch eine Kiste mit lokalen Produkten (Brot, Käse, Salami, Tomaten, Salat) von den Bauern in der Umgebung gab es auch geschenkt. Die Kinder hatten auch viel Platz zum Fußball und Federball spielen im großen……

“Nice older hotel. Clean and quiet rooms. Breakfast was very good and well worth the cost. A bit hard to find but the hotel staff helped us find the location. Don't hesitate to call them.”

“Bella struttura, moderna, con giardino e piscina, camere piacevoli e funzionali. Cordialita' e gentilezza al ricevimento e al bar. E' lontano dal centro ma almeno si parcheggia gratuitamente e si ha un soggiorno piu' comodo , anche con la Spa. Prezzo buono. Unico suggerimento : piu' frutta e un sorriso in piu' a colazione. Ci tornerei sicuramente.”
