“I booked this hotel for two nights, but after first night, the cleaning staff removed all of my belongings left in the room when I was out. After I found this, the staff told me that expedia only reserved my room for one night, and it proved later that their argument was wrong. Finally, they found my staff in their collection center. What a terrible management.”

“The stay was pretty nice. The room was pretty nice but it was a bit warm and the thermostat was programmed and couldn’t be changed manually. The elevator in the west bldg was hot and the hallways were too hot. The parking was overly expensive. I believe when you’re paying for the hotel the parking should never be that expensive. We had reservations for one type of room ahead of time then got stuck with what they had left which was not fair either.”
