「I booked this hotel for two nights, but after first night, the cleaning staff removed all of my belongings left in the room when I was out. After I found this, the staff told me that expedia only reserved my room for one night, and it proved later that their argument was wrong. Finally, they found my staff in their collection center. What a terrible management.」

「Room size is a bit small and it is not cleaned properly. Quite dusty on some tables and in the washroom.」

「We requested a room with a view of the Arch. The accommodation was made easily and we had a partial view. The room, King bed, was appropriatly furnished with excellent amenities. The staff from the front desk to the valet were all excellent. They went above and beyond on every request made of them.」
