Frustrating check in

The place is beautiful and as advertised however the hot water was not great. Cold showers for our stay was not ideal. The host sent a passcode to check in and then when we arrived we found out that we had to go to the office but only after a large language barrier. This would have been so much better had the host been clear about check in instructions and transparent about the hot water situation.
