Nice holiday unit

It wasn't a luxury unit, but it was tidy, comfortable and budget priced. It is close to Cazaly's Footy Club, and a DFO shopping centre. It is only about 5min drive from the Esplanade.

deceptive and misleading

Out front this apartment has a sign says,RESORT APARTMENT, deceptive and misleading, this place is no more than an apartment property located in a so-so neighborhood , not a resort environment. From the beginning our stay bad, door lock need to be fixed, furniture below standard and decor below standard. This place is one upgrade from homeless shelter. You get what you pay for, don’t be fooled, or misled. Dont take my word do a Google street view of this place.

Good. A block from highway it's quieter than usual. Good for kids!

Disappointing

My husband stayed here as close proximity to his mother's home. Fridge didn't work on arrival and the air conditioner was noisy and inadequate for the apartment. The windows were all open and the aircon not on when he checked in so the apartment was stifling. There was no one to be found in the office when he went to check out so he ended up leaving the keys on the table in the apartment or he would have been late for his flight home.

A pleasant stay!

We had a short stop in Cairns to do some shopping before finishing our Queensland tour by flying back to Brisbane. The place was not too easy to find but although fairly old it was clean, spacious, well equipped and reasonably comfortable. A Saturday night party down the street made that night noisy but not the fault of the apartments management. Graham, the manager, was very helpful. Too far from the centre to walk in, though there are busses.
