When I arrived there was no key for my room. I had to call the manager who came to reception. She was sure I hadn't booked in even after I showed her my booking confirmation. She was under the impression I had made a mistake. At some point she must have found my booking email because she eventually gave me my key but I received no apologies for the mix up or inconvenience.

We stayed here as a family of 5 over the new year period. Despite the car park being full (so I’m assuming lots of guests) the restaurant was closed for dinner most nights. The place feels a little understaffed. The reception desk was constantly unattended and the paths and pool need a good clean. That said, the kids loved the pool and playground and the apartment was nice and spacious.

Customer service was efficient and excellent especially from Tom. The cleaning was more of changing linens and not floor cleaning and dusting. Main golf course wasn't useable, the big swimming pool was not in working condition either...

We've stayed here a few times and have found that it's a really great place. Everything from the pool and children's play areas and restaurant to the accommodation are all well maintained. We will definitely be back.

Smuk og fantastisk beliggenhed, dejlige værelser og sødt personale. Vi boede her i 9 dage og det var et perfekt udgangspunkt til at snorkle, udflugter i regnskoven, til de smukke omkringliggende strande og Cairns. Nemt at komme til og dejligt fredeligt mist i regnskoven. Aldrig har boet så smukt et sted. Tak paradise Palms palms for et dejligt ophold

The property is spacious, great location and well maintained gardens with good staff. The apartment was great size and good facilities the only negative was some marks on wall and bottom of door particularly in bathroom needed to be replaced.

The rooms are large and very quiet with all the facilities need for a homely stay. The gardens and pool area are a delight to see. The undercover parking is very convenient as one can park near to ones room. All the staff very friendly and helpful. The only weak point was the breakfast, the same thing everyday and very plain breakfast at that. We were told when we arrived at the airport that Cairns was not known for its food and the breakfast here was no exception.

Comfortable room and beautiful grounds

The hotel grounds were very nice and the rooms were quite spacious. The hotel was very quiet and it almost felt like we were the only ones there.

They neglected to mention that the restaurant and bar were not open Sunday to Wednesday so had to drive a distance for food, no ice or cold water in fridge and no drinks, no remote for TV so could not watch anything, lower row of tiles in shower had not been cleaned for a long time, fresh plaster repair to hole in wall and powder still had not been vacuumed off carpet...heard every step made be person in room above, reception not around at 6.50pm and actually closed after 7pm, and the 'king bed was 2 singles pushed together....has gone downhill since I last stayed 5 years ago.

It was good but one of the toilet sinks was blocked, the washing machine leaked so needed to turn it off after use and the aircon in the bedroom only kinda worked and made squeaking noises. Service was good and the site was pleasant.

Väldigt mysig och vacker miljö runtomrking. Perfekt för långa promenader och avkoppling. hyrbil rekommenderas. Sängarna var hårda. Städning obefintlig. Under 2 veckors boende här kom städaren in 2 gånger och bytte handdukar och bäddade sängen. Vi frågade i receptionen och fick som svar att man får betala extra om man vill ha städning dagligen och att det inte är vanligt utan är en europeisk grej. Nej, städning är vanlig i Australien också men tydligen inte här. Handdukar, toapapper och tvål, fick man gå till receptionen för att be om att få nya. Efter att ha frågat 2 gånger får man höra att vi inte kommer få fler gånger. Har dom tänkt att man ska tvätta handdukar själv och köpa tvål själv? Om du har tänkt bada i deras pooler, tänk på att ha med dig en egen handduk. Har du inte det får du låna från hotellet men det kostar också pengar. Wifi har dom inte i rummen utan endast receptionen, som stänger kl 21.00. Kommer du hem sent efter middagen så får du vänta med att surfa till dagen efter. Wifi finns efter stängning i ett rum precis vid receptionen (om du vill stå då det endast finns 2 stolar och en minisoffa) som lär vara upptagna.dock är anslutningen dålig här. Personalens service var urusel. Dom informerar inte vid incheckning och vad som gäller. Och när du ska ner för att ex fråga om ny tvål var beredd på att vänta i 20 min då dom prioriterar privata samtal. Om du går in med inställning att det är en lägenhet och inte hotell så lär du inte bli besviken.

Spacious for family of 4

Pretty good overall starting to get worn in areas toilet roll holder falling off toilet leaking towels getting old sliding door to balcony mental bit at bottom can catch toes scrap skin off. Appliances were good quality in kitchen & bonus having washing machine & dryer would be good to have few more condiments salt pepper handy towels glad wrap or more containers with lids to store left over food. It was a great location for our family & time & I would go back priced well also you do need a car though.

キッチンの設備が素晴らしく、調味料を持って行き自炊すれば良かったと思う。部屋は広くて素晴らしいが、ベッド２台頼んでいたのがシングルベッドのめちゃ狭いベッドであったのが残念。クイーンベッド２台であれば、最高点でした。ゴルフ４連チャンでしたが、難しいコースで面白い。次回も行くこと決定！

A very nice resort

We enjoyed an excellent couple of days at Paradise Palms. The room was spacious, well appointed, modern, and very clean and tidy. It had almost everything we could have wanted, including a full kitchen and a balcony. The only negative aspects were the bed, which was two singles joined together rather than a proper king-sized bed, and the lack of Wi-Fi, although it sounds like that will be an option in the future. Being so close to an excellent bar and restaurant, as well as mini-golf and various other activities, was a real bonus.
