When staying at a Four Seasons property, one naturally expects a higher standard of professionalism and guest care. Unfortunately, during my stay, extensive maintenance work was carried out while guests were in-house, resulting in constant noise disturbance, as well as strong paint and thinner fumes throughout the property.
What is most concerning is that no prior notice or warning was provided. This is particularly serious for guests who suffer from asthma, respiratory conditions, or other chronic health issues. The fumes caused me health-related discomfort and significantly impacted my stay.
This level of disruption is simply unacceptable for a luxury hotel operating under the Four Seasons name. I will be obtaining a medical report and submitting a formal complaint regarding this matter.
