「It's a good hotel. Very good CP with comfortable room and service. The view is really good and I do really enjoy the stay in this hotel. The balcony door is not work, but been fixed after raising this problem to the front desk. It took a little bit time to fix it, but it's acceptable. Bathtub is perfect and with hot water & broad spaces. It's a good hotel, wish you enjoy this as I do.」

「Simply perfect! Every single staff member is friendly, accomodating and helpful. The hotel was very comfortable and quality of the service provided exceptional. Restaurant options are wonderful! I also highly recommend their breakfast - the buffet offers absolutely anything you'd need. The The gym is also very well equipped. The only point for the ladies is that I do not recommend the beauty salon in Beyman (attached to the hotel). The manicurist was rude, their nail polish collection does not...

「新装修的酒店非常新，我当时住5楼，一边还是毛坯房。新装修有点味道。但是整体很新，布置也很现代，配套设施全新很齐全。有洗衣机，餐具，灶台，碗筷等，适合常住。不过服务人员服务意识一般，不知道是不是对服务费有很高预期，可能我们给少了，人家看到我们不太待见。离店时帮忙搬行李也是草草了事。所以多透气，多训练员工服务性，比让我们离店前填写酒店评价表来的重要。」

「I had an exceptional experience at the five-star hotel. Mazen, the manager, went above and beyond to ensure our stay was perfect. He even helped us deal with a dishonest taxi driver. "We stayed for six nights and got the club access room.
