Check in processing is slow and takes long time. It should be here is my ID and here is your room key as anywhere abroad. Long lines of guests waiting to check in while each guest takes significant time to process the check in. In front of main entrance there is aggressiveness and shouting in not making Uber cars or any car wait for their customer for at least two minutes and making cars not stop and keep going in circles around the entrance until the customer arrives to main entrance.

The property is the usual Hilton style. My suite was excellent with the view of the Nile. The service was horrible. Did not have WIFI for almost three days. Communicated the issue to all staff and manager but responded after three days. Checkout was a nightmare waited in line for an hour. Very chaotic at the reception no order at all. Will definitely not book this hotel again

The view from balcony was the only good thing in this hotel. Old rooms and very disrespectful staff especially the security team they keep commenting in their language about foreigners which is absolutely disgusting

Bad service and all the staff starting from parking staff until bag porters , they stick with you for the money tip in very bad ways.

Again it was enjoyable stay every thing we experienced in previous stays we were not disappointed this time the staff were very helpful and the facilities improved to a great level so all and all no complaints from us.thank you to everyone for making our stay enjoyable again

The location of this Hilton is the best feature along with the helpful staff. There is worn/torn carpet everywhere. The property is very dated in terms of overall feel, other than the main lobby area which is immaculate. They list around 9 restaurants, but that includes a breakfast buffet, a pastry area, a closed sports bar, a non-connected Egyptian restaurant and the rooftop restaurant; the Italian/Indian restaurant was fairly good.
