「Very nice stay at the hotel. The staff was very friendly and helpful, I arrived about five hours before check-in and the staff was so kind as to allow me to check-in early. She seemed more bothered than informative; and some of her "Egyptology" knowledge was very incorrect related to exhibits at new museum. Food at hotel was awful. Poorly managed and staffed. The lady at the reception was excellent; she took us to our room, explained the terrace pyramid view, rooftop, and breakfast, and helped us with taxi bookings, etc. 10/10 2. The cleaning lady did an exceptional job; the room was super clean, cool AC, with no dust or hair. Bed linen was changed every day, and new towels were provided. 10/10 3. Restaurant staff, Fuad and Soudia, really took care of us, serving us the best breakfast we had....
