Das Zimmer war nicht so wie es auf den Fotos schien. Es gab keine Küche im Hotel. Frühstück wurde wohl geliefert, es war NICHT GUT.Der Service der Mitarbeiter war ausgezeichnet! Sehr HILFSBEREIT und ZUVORKOMMEND!

7 Nächste, 3 Personen, 5 Handtücher, nicht einmal wurden die Handtücher gewechselt, Toilettenpapier auch so nur eine mini Rolle die nach zwei Tagen leer war. Man muss alles selbst Nachfragen es ist nichts selbstverständlich. Gebucht war Deluxe Zimmer, um die zu bekommen musste ich zwei Gespräche am Rezeption führen und erst am zweite Tag erst zu bekommen. Es kostet Kraft und ist sehr anstrengend.

Ich war in dem Hotel und hatten wir eine schlechte Erfahrung… Wir haben zunächst viele positive Bewertungen gelesen und dachten, dass wir einen sehr angenehmen Aufenthalt haben würden… Aber unsere Erwartungen wurden nicht erfüllt… Die Bilder stimmen überhaupt nicht mit der Realität überein… alles ist komplett anders. Im Hotel gibt es keine Ruhezeiten, egal ob in der Nacht oder am frühen Morgen, nicht von Hotelgästen, sondern vom Hotelpersonal. Die Zimmerreinigung klappt auch nicht und die Ausstattung ist sehr schlecht (der Kühlschrank funktioniert nicht, es gibt kein Telefon im Zimmer und die Türen schließen sehr schlecht und laut). Leider sind wir sehr enttäuscht und hatten eine sehr schlechte Erfahrung in diesem Hotel. Ich glaube, das Hotelpersonal ist in diesem Bereich sehr unerfahren. Zusätzlich dazu sollten wir ca. 65 Euro für das gleiche Zimmer wie auf den Bildern bezahlen
