「Road and train noise. No soap provided」

「Stayed 2 nights, and room was never cleaned after first night nor was trash emptied. Breakfast was terrible and cold!」

「Everything was great and clean. The staff was friendly and helpful. Only disappointment was the swimming pool. It was so cloudy we couldn’t see into it. No way we were getting into it. I reported it to the receptionist and was told the pool gets cleaned once a week and that they would report it.」

「Our room was dirty along the baseboards and doors, the shower handle didn’t work and had to have someone fix it, the shower was dirty along the perimeter. We forgot a couple things in the room and they threw them away.」

「Breakfast was supposed to be served at 6:00am, hence one of the reasons we booked there. When we checked out at almost 7:00am, it still wasn’t ready, so we had to go to Dunkin down the street.」

「Was charged a extra fifty dollar deposit and wasn’t in website they charged a deposit ac didn’t work in room a awful smell in the room overbearing smell coming out of the drains and ac we had to leave door open to get cooled off won’t be staying there found a dead fly when pulling the comforter back」

「The desk clerk was very friendly and accommodated our room request. The property was clean and food choices near by. The only negative comment I have was that our room had a musty smell in certain spots and it was bedding and bathroom fact were slightly dated」

「Parking was a big issue at this property during our stay due to some sort of gathering they had going on in city’s parking lot. There were almost no vehicles in the Blennerhasset’s parking lot with permits and the hotel was not enforcing parkin」
