“The property is located on the outskirts of Tannersville. The location is very close to hiking including the iconic Kaaterskill Falls. Unfortunately, the location is overshadowed by a very disappointing property. Its essentially run down motel in the back of a closed restaurant with a for sale sign out front. The building was not very clean and no staff were on site. The pictures are also a bit misleading as the restaurant is now closed and the grounds have deteriorated since the closure. The……

“This place was magical. Rooms were clean. Same amenities as a hotel. Blow dryer available! Mini fridge and a sheet for blinds if you need. The snow falling in the early morning was the highlight of the cabin stay. Very beautiful! There were two campfires and snores every night from 5-1pm. Very cute! The rest, well, I’ll try to stay polite and just list the facts. 1. There’s a huge For Sale sign out front and an abandoned restaurant next to the rooms. 2. Room needs updating badly.3. Windows don’t open or close. The hardware is either broken or frozen. 4. One window stays wide open, it has no screen so I had to jury rig a towel over the open window so……

“Comfortable n nice place to stay..”

“The room was sufficient to our needs. Didn’t realize it was a multi-unit property or that it was on the second floor.”

“This experience was absolutely 5 STARS! Great location with several walking distance eateries, Very clean and studio style apartment and the host Rebecca, was a joy to work with. She was very flexible with our reservations and requests and was in constant communication the entire trip. Nice Work!”

“Beautiful grounds and cute room with everything I needed.”
