Maravilhosa

Pousada bem localizada, pé na areia, próximo à restaurantes e bares. Check in eficiente. Piscina agradável. Bar da piscina com bebidas variadas, ótimos drinks e cerveja sempre gelada. Atendimento nota 10 na piscina. Bangalô bem espaçoso com vista para a piscina e uma rede na varanda. Bom demais. Com certeza voltaremos. Parabéns a todos da equipe da pousada.

Marvailhoso, excelente!! Café da manhã perfeito, com muitas opções. Atendimento maravilhoso da recepção e das meninas do café. Tapioca, cuscuz, panqueca.. tudo feito na hora. Restaurante terceirizado tb maravilhoso, com pratos muitos gostosos e excelente atendimento. Quartos amplos (apenas um pouco escuros) e confortáveis. Voltarei mais vezes!

A localização da pousada é excelente. Outro ponto a favor da BGK é o café da manhã, que tem muitas opções deliciosas. Alguns pontos que precisam de melhoria são: qualidade dos lençois, pois o nosso estava ralo em algumas partes... bem velho e desgastado. O banheiro tinha pontos com lodo e a ducha era bem fraca. Um outro ponto é que ao pedir um secador de cabelos, tive que ir até a recepção buscar e assinar um termo de empréstimo. Na minha opinião, o secador já deveria fazer parte dos itens do quarto.

Excelente hotel pé na areia

O hotel é excelente, rústico e muito confortável. O atendimento da equipe é acima da expectativa, jovens super atenciosos e educados. Café da manhã é bom. O único porém do hotel é o chuveiro da suíte, que poderia ser melhor. Ficamos em um Bangalô Coqueiral e era uma duchinha de chuveiro elétrico, embora o chuveiro fosse frio. Os jardins e área comuns são muito bem cuidados.

Furada!

Este hotel foi decepcionante! Fechamos uma acomodação para 4 pessoas (1 casal com 2 crianças) e nos deram um quarto de uma categoria inferior, para 3 pessoas. Depois que reclamei, só colocaram uma cama-extra, embora a acomodação fosse muito pequena, e ficasse muito apertado para as 3 camas (1 casal e 2 de solteiro) e não fosse da mesma categoria que paguei. O ar-condicionado não funcionava só a ventilação (não pode-se dizer que o hotel tem ar-condicionado nos quartos, pois trocamos de quarto depois, e mesmo coisa, com ar-condicionado que só funcionava na ventilação, nenhum staff resolveu o problema!), o chuveiro era elétrico e conta-gotas, o café-da-manhã era com hora marcada e você chegava e esperava horas para ser atendido. Aliás, uma única funcionária, a pior e mais mal-humorada de todas do restaurante, no café-da-manhã, é que pode anotar os pedidos como ovos, etc. Substituam esta infeliz de uma vez por todas! Não jantamos no restaurante, pois a cozinha fecha às 17 horas e os próprios funcionários sugerem pedir ifood. Apesar de tudo, o quarto é confortável devido a um lounge embaixo da acomodação. Uma pena, pois este hotel poderia ser uma maravilha e está super mal administrado e passa a ser mediano.

Decepcionante - A pousada não é o que parece e nao vale o quanto se paga por diversos motivos: 1- Quarto - sujo, toalhas velhas e de baixa qualidade, a minha era de um tipo e a do meu marido de outra, barulhento, vc anda e faz zoada no piso, o quarto passa luminosidade desde que o sol nasce, quem tem dificuldade de dormir com claridade sera acordado cedo todos os dias. Hotel chato com regras chatas, depois de 18:00 nao pode mais tomar banho de piscina, tinha tudo para ser maravilhoso mas falta detalhes

Gostamos demais da BGK. Tipo de propriedade que tem tudo a ver com o local onde está. Fica muito bem situada, é de um bom gosto na decoração difícil de se ver em hotéis de praia, serviço muito gentil, eficiente e prestativo, alimentos e bebidas super gostosos, piscina muito boa e apartamentos espaçosos/confortáveis/equipados. O único ponto que podia ser melhor é a limpeza diária do apartamento. Achei que o custo benefício é muito bom. E certamente voltarei!

Um lugar de acolhimento

Estadia incrível, muita delicadeza e atenção no atendimento. O funcionário Marcelo nos ajudou muito, as meninas do café da manhã com o melhor sorriso e acolhimento, sem falar nos drinks do bar da piscina que são uma delícia. Super recomendo e voltaria 1000 vezes!
