"Our two families of 4 had a lovely stay at the villa. It's in good condition, in a great location and has everything you would need for a comfortable holiday.I noted just before we travelled that one reviewer recently said there wasn't air conditioning in the smaller bedroom - there definitely is now air conditioning in that room! As other have mentioned, you can only access that bedroom through the master bedroom so something to plan ahead for if you are a larger, blended group. Worked perfectly well for us.Communication with the host was excellent. The local Italian restaurant was great and had a range of gluten-free options for the two coeliacs in our group. We'd definitely stay again!"

L’emplacement est également idéal, à quelques minutes des villes les plus proches (Dénia, Moraira) et à courte distance d’Alicante. Nous reviendrons avec plaisir."

"Great property for extended family to stay. The property is essentially 2 separate apartments which suited our family well - daughter & partner with older children on the top floor and daughter & husband with very young children with us on the first floor.There are lots of steps which need to considered with anyone with mobility issues.Inside of the villa was very clean, however the outdoor areas could have been better if someone visited the day before to check on cleanliness. Pool pump wasn't switched on - lots of debris in pool and fridges weren't switched on.A better information folder is needed with info on how to work appliances, tv, gas bottle replacement, rubbish disposal etc. (Couldn't work out how to use the food waste bins as they seemed to require an app)ALDI 5 min drive away and 'english' supermarket 5 min walk, though this expensive.Beach is a small cove, with sandy beach but with large rocks on the shore lineCommunication with agency was very good. We had issues with the villa which were quickly resolved by the agency."
