「A lovely clean apartment with helpful, friendly reception staff. We stayed on the 19th floor so had amazing panoramic views! We had a long flight delay arriving, so was a bit concerned how we would get into our room as the reception closes at 7pm but when we arrived we called the number at reception door and was given a code to release the keys to a deposit box outside. Very easy. Nothing to dislike about this property would recommend.」

「We had a very good stay at the Mercure Benidorm Hotel. From the moment we arrived, we were warmly welcomed with a glass of cava at the reception, which was a lovely touch and made us feel immediately at home. The staff were friendly and professional, the atmosphere was relaxed, and everything was well organized. The room was comfortable and clean, and overall everything was nice and enjoyable.
