「Wonderful property and visit ! The only thing I would mention is to caution with “king bed” it is two beds placed near each other, which do create a king. Although common to see in Europe , the booking selection didn’t describe this, which some places do. Maybe book directly with nobu to see if there are other options. 「The room and facilities are amazing as the preview shoes. However, I have requested a large bed during book but eventually 2 single beds were arranged. And we complaint to the manager but she kept passing the buck instead of giving her best effort to help and arrange. This seriously ruined our overall experience in the hotel. I keep it fair while reviewing the hardware of the hotel but the overall experience and attitude did disappoint me a lot in such a lovely place in Ibiza」
