“Mein Aufenthalt in diesem Hotel war von Anfang bis Ende hervorragend. Das gesamte Personal war außergewöhnlich freundlich, aufmerksam und immer hilfsbereit. Auch das Essen war einfach fantastisch – Qualität, Geschmack und Präsentation auf höchstem Niveau. Die Lage ist perfekt für alle, die Ruhe und Erholung suchen. Ein Hotel, in das ich jederzeit gerne zurückkehren würde.”

“It is a magnificent hotel. It is located in a very calm and family-friendly area. There are many small restaurants and bars nearby that you can easily walk to. It is beachfront and additionally has an incredible pool and gym area. The staff is very friendly and helpful… totally recommended.”

“This is the second time I have stayed at Hyde and I loved it both times. It's a lovely hotel in an incredible location. Nearby is the beach, ferry, supermarkets, a pharmacy and some beautiful restaurants. The pool food and drinks are really lovely and all the staff were super helpful and friendly. The pool situation is a bit annoying as there is one pool reserved for Mondrian guests only and one pool with a minimum spend. But the Bungalow pool is great and we were able to get a spot there……

“Das Hotel ist wirklich optisch sehr ansprechend und hat eine Gute Atmosphäre. Frühstück war ausgezeichnet. Die Handtücher, sowohl für den Pool als auch für das Zimmer, waren an 2 Tagen nicht verfügbar. Hier gab es scheinbar logistische Herausforderungen. Die meisten Mitarbeiter waren sehr nett. Man muss wissen, dass im Poolbereich immer Musik gespielt wird, d.h. von 8.30 Uhr bis 23/24 Uhr. Möchte man früher schlafen und bei geöffnetem Fenster schlafen, so muss einem diese Geräuschkulisse……

“Los Arcos, offers reliable self catering in Ibiza. They unfortunatley after suffering with major construction work/noise next door that over looked our apartment which is active during work days. If you want peace and quiet and plan to stay on site all day, then you need to consider this. For us, it wasn't much of a bother as we were visiting other places during our trip and by dinner time work had stopped. Cooking facilities are limited to a couple of stoves and microwave with medium……

“Really nice hotel which is in a great location just away from all the bustle of the shops and restaurants but also very close to walk to. The hotel has nice spacious rooms and the plunge pool is a good spot to relax on a hot afternoon. Breakfast and other food options at the hotel are great and the onsite team very friendly and professional.”

We enjoyed both pools but particularly the rooftop area which came with an infinity pool and sensational views. Our main gripe was the service around the pool and during breakfast. We were seated at an empty table and eventually collected our own cutlery, glasses and bottled water, despite staff walking past us multiple times.
