「The hotel is one of the best I have ever stayed travelling around Europe. It is very new with modern and chic design and nature touch (i.e. bamboo decoration). The location is perfect. You can see the mediterranean see from the rooftop or even room. With 5 minutes walk I can reach the beautiful beach. The best is the friendly colleagues in this hotel. 「酒店地點位於半山, 山下附近有一個大商場,走路上去至少要十分鐘,如果有小朋友同老人絕對不會推薦,除非有車代步.房間暖氣被關掉花費了很久才被解決,因為前台晚上值班只有一個人.泳池看起來不錯,健身房要走出泳池才可以去到,沒有跟酒店連在一起.早餐不過不失,房間不大兩個人剛好夠用衛生情況滿意」

「What can I say they made my birthday most relaxing break the staff cannot do enough for you most thoughtful gesture on my birthday they bought in processco and a card even though no mention of my birthday was so so touched . We hardly left the hotel great bar menu lovely pool jaquzzi . Breakfast was a huge selection also spotlessly clean . We will be back I cannot thank the staff enough for the most enjoyable stay Thankyou .」

「This property is nicely located in Palma and close to shops. The breakfast was convenient and good. I like that they had parking (cause the other hotel we stayed at in Mallorca did not) but it is off site at their other property.」
