"The staff are helpful. We didn’t like the pool area as the beds are very uncomfortable and you are siting so close to each other. The breakfast was very good with an excellent choice."

"We arrived early due to flight times and the room wasn't ready. The hotel took my number and called me as soon as it was ready (3 hours before check-in time).. the hotel was really clean, room cleaned daily, close to everything friendly staff..couldn't ask for more. Definitely recommended"

"Beautiful Place and people and beach, easy hike access or self driving boats to incredible coves, bluest water you've ever seen, great local restaurant on beach next door and the hotels beach house has good food too. ...... criticism's were they took too long to check us in when I checked in online, didn't tell us we have breakfast included when we arrived, there are really no usb or usb-c ports to charge any devices except a broken one under the TV., rooms are fairly small but whose really staying in the room. The elevators do not seem to have good software as there are four of them but they all seem to stop at all the floors whether you hit up or down, either way its 9 floors down to the beach so they need to fix that. The fancy restaurant in the hotel was not great, and they really do not cater to people with gluten sensitivity at either of those restaurants."

"Hotel was in the perfect location, we had some delicious food in the Gastro restaurants attached to the hotel. Well worth hiring a Bali bed by the pool. Rooms fantastic, large and the living area had the comfiest sofa."

"Wayy better than we expected. We love exploring boutique hotels, and Faustino did not lack in any area. The Spa is included, which is something other hotel of this caliber charge for. Also location of the hotel is something to really consider - if you are planning Menorca. We wish we extended our stay here."

"We enjoyed our stay. The staff was very helpful. Breakfast was nice. Beach view was amazing and access to the public beach was great. Missed beach chairs and umbrellas on the beach. Also parking is extremely limited. Room was nice and clean but one issue was that the shower had half glass door so a lot of water came out."

"Cannot fault this hotel. All the staff are genuinely friendly and made sure everything was going well with our stay. Food was good and varied for all meals. Pool area was nice and without a fight for a sunbed every day. The views over the bay are stunning, we will return again for sure."

"Lovely quiet hotel. Very friendly staff. Really nice pool with sun loungers. Not too busy. Delicious breakfasts. Doesn't feel like a chain hotel, and lovely spot on the hill overlooking the town but 10 min walk to beach"
