“Nothing is working in room not even AC in this hot wheather have to shift room in midnight no room service no phones working in the room after change room whole eclecticity is not working we went to sauna and nothing working there except pool try to talk with them with manager everytime they sorry please avoid this place”

“Beautiful hotel, amazing breakfast, great gym with a view and the beautiful peaceful bay right next to the hotel with sunbeds - a dream. Would absolutely come again. Only critique - to fill up espresso tabs in room you pay an extra EUR 10, this usually is courtsey in 5 star hotels whereas here only the first badge of espressos is free. Just a little detail.. All in all still a 10 and we had a fantastic stay.”

So...I have no idea who is she . And I told to other staff. They don't give me good reason too. The hotel website said it located near downtown, but...I walked 1hour to get downtown.”
