「Der Gesamteindruck des Hauses wich deutlich von den Fotos auf dem Buchungsportal ab, die vermutlich nach einer Sanierung (vor einigen Jahren) aufgenommen wurden. Der tatsächliche Zustand entspricht nicht dem Eindruck der Fotos auf FeWo-Direkt. Besonders problematisch war ein Schlafzimmer mit massiv sichtbarem Schimmelbefall und Geruch, der auch im angrenzenden Badezimmer wahrnehmbar war. 「Villa was beautiful, clean and catered for all. Toni the manager was easy to contact and always available when needed. 3 bedrooms accommodated for our family 5 of us comfortably. Pool and gardens were a good size. Plenty of outdoor space for dining and BBQ. Villa is about 15 minutes Drive from Palma/airport and less than an hour to almost everywhere else on the island.
