“We had a function to attend at Imus, Cavite and we found this place that could accommodate all 11 of us, ranging from a 1yr old baby, 2 kids, 4 Adults and 4 Senior Citizens. The Property Manager (Anthony Rose) was very easy to communicate with and answered all our questions in timely manner. Check in and Check out was very flexible and easy, as long as no one was booked before or after our party. All amenities mentioned were available. “The house is very nice! The water pressure upstairs was not good but downstairs were excellent! There’s CCTV in the house and outside there’s no privacy! The beach nearby was dirty (lots of garbage) but the pool was great! Jacuzzi was a plus! Owner’s sister was very pleasant and friendly! She was the one that oriented us about the property. There were pictures of the owner in the rooms. Otherwise it was a great stay for overnight out of Metro Manila.”

“Something must be leaking in the bathrooms because floors are constantly wet. Windows are filthy. No coffee maker, kettle and microwave. Doors don’t close properly. Water container is empty. Pots and pans are old.”
