“The property was described very well, it was spacious, and the kids really enjoyed having their own space upstairs.”

“Great little house about 15mins from the beach! And the area is very quiet. It was a last minute get away from my family. The tiny house was perfect get away for us. Only thing we had problem with was falling alseep, because how much light from the street light was coming into the house at night. It would be night to have blackout curtains through out the house. Made it hard to fall asleep and get into a deep sleep. We are looking forward to our next stay there.”

“We had a wonderful stay. This was a beautiful home. Very clean and well stocked. Would love to stay here again!”

“Stayed here for my wedding weekend. Tho we were on the go and did not get to take full advantage of the property I was highly impressed!! Will definitely be back! 100/10 recommend!!”

“Clean, quiet area and close to places we wanted to go. Communication with host was helpful with fast responses. We had a great stay at the Turtle Shack.”

“Tiny house is a great idea. Appreciate it!The past two days we did find ants in the bathroom and kitchen counter.”

“Home it was perfect for our vacation. Great communication and wonderful experience.”

“The house was modern, comfortable, and super clean, with all the basic essentials (toiletries, paper products) included. The coffee bar was a nice touch and appreciated.Location was convenient to golf, restaurants, shopping and the beach.I would definitely stay here again.”

“Properly was as described on listing. My wife and I had a great getaway and traveled with our two small Poodles. Good location with nice restaurants and bar and grills not too far from property. Only downside of our trip was some construction noise from a home build taking place next door.”

“The house had everything you need in a beach house. The location was easy to travel to the beach and has grocery shopping very close.”

“The owner was very polite, professional, and quick to respond to all of my questions. The property was simple and practical, and it served our needs well during our stay. We truly appreciated the owner’s prompt communication and hospitality.”

“It was the perfect for our stay!!”

“This place was a great spot for myself, my 2 teen daughters, and our dog We stayed 5 nights the end of July. It is an older cottage that has been flipped. The kitchen is awesome, but cabinets were full so no place to store groceries (chips, bread, etc) except on the countertops. Beds were okay, bedding needs upgrading! The location is awesome! Very private and the views of the waterway with the live oaks are beautiful. We spent our days on the fabulous dock catching rays and a few fish. The……

“Place was disgusting. Terrible neighborhood. Next to a repair shop. What a great location. Not”

“We had an amazing time. The pool was the highlight of our time, we were in the pool everyday. The host was one of the best I ever had and we have been using VRBO for years. She was so quick to respond and very helpful!!!!”

“Absolutely love this house -- the home is laid out nicely giving lots of private space. The home was clean and comfortable and exactly as described. The kitchen was clean and stocked with kitchen accessories with plenty of seating. Ample parking for our three cars and one boat. No dock, but Cherry Grove boat launch a quick drive. The back porches/patio were used often as it was a great place to relax. 5 minute or less easy walk to beach with the public beach access directly at the end of……

“As described with a nice side yard. House could use some updating.”

“My family and I had a nice time. Advantages of the house were 1) a full bathroom per bedroom; 2) Plenty of beach supplies including a bicycle and inflatable pools for the kids; 3) the neighborhood pool; 4) the fenced-in back yard; 5) TV in each bedroom; 6) ceiling fan in each room (once we learned how to turn them on); 7) large porch on the front of the house with plenty of furniture. 8) Outdoor shower was nice. Things that need to be improved to constitute the price of the rental are 1) air……
