New modern townhouse with amazing views of the sea. 5 minutes driving to many lovely sandy beach
The house is distributed on three levels connected by stairs and has numerous terraces with views.
ONLY AVAILABLE FROM SATURDAY TO SATURDAY WITH A MINIMUM 7 DAYS RESERVATION
On the main floor there is a suite room with bathroom and private terrace. A bedroom with a single bed and a bathroom.
Two other bedrooms, one with a double bed and the other with a single bed, a bathroom with a shower, are located on the upper floor. There is another large terrace-solarium with panoramic sea views on this floor.
On the ground floor is the living room with access to a large furnished terrace, a fully equipped kitchen, a bathroom. Air conditioning in the living room, master bedroom and single bedroom.
From the terrace there are stairs that lead to the area with the pool shared between three houses. There are two hammocks for each house available.
We recommend having a car for your convenience to move around the area. All services, restaurants, shops, supermarkets and the beach are less than 5 minutes away by car.
