「Comfortable 」

「位置很好，有一个比较大的免费停车场。离市政府很近，周围也有咖啡馆，比较方便的。由于是三个人住，空间感觉蛮小的。」

「We were very happy with the stay, the location is convenient, a lot of restaurants nearby and few minutes walk to a shopping centre. The room is spacious, clean and the staff are nice and friendly. A lot of polices around the hotel makes it very safe and confident to park our car in the car park.」

「Ganz besonderes Ambiente mit ausgefallenem Stil z.B. Ruder als Rückwand des Bettes, die Betten waren sehr bequem. Super Preis-Leistung. Zentral gelegen. Da nur wenige Zimmer, kann man das Frühstück natürlich nicht mit einer großen Hotelkette vergleiche, aber auch das war liebevoll zubereitet und serviert.」

「The staff were very friendly, helpful, and welcoming throughout my stay, which I really appreciated. Unfortunately, the hotel facilities did not meet my expectations, especially considering the price. The property appears to be poorly maintained. The air conditioning in my room was not working properly and only blew warm air, making the room uncomfortable. The staff was helpful enough to change another room for me. The fitness studio is well equipped, but the opening hours (9:00 AM–9:00 PM)...

「Great location to access Calais Plage and the Eurotunnel. Clean and comfy and very pleasant staff. If booking via Expedia be aware that most people (including myself) were under the impression they had already paid but hadn't. Payment is taken on arrival which suprised me and the fsmily in front of us and many other customers according to the lady on reception. This is an issue with Expedia booking process though and not the hotel itself.」

「Keep your curtain close or otherwise there will be tonnes of flies. The environment was neat and tidy and it was very near to a supermarket. However, the television indication light was EXTREMELY disturbing. It was bright and blue and shined through the night when all light was off. Have to cover it with a towel.」

「The only advantage is the secure gated parking, which I like and just 10 minutes to the car ferry terminal. The staff on night duty is helpful. I did not like the bathroom wall because it is dirty. The surroundings of the hotel are just appalling. Breakfast is a waste of money as there are not many options to choose from.」

「The room was very clean and quiet and the aircon was amazing. Wonderful temperature for sleeping. The pool, sauna and steam room were excellent. The on site bar was great, with a casual vibe and plenty of chairs and parasols given the heatwave. We will definitely be returning.」
