“Die Wohnung ist schön, etwas abgewohnt. Kommunikation mit dem Gastgeber funktioniert gut, der Check-in ist kompliziert, weil alle möglichen Zählerstände abgelesen werden müssen. Die ganze Badeinrichtung ist stark abgenutzt und in einem nicht so guten Zustand.”

“Die geräumige Ferienwohnung ist ruhig gelegen und bietet einen überweltigenden Panoramablick über den Comer See und die umliegende Gebirgslandschaft. Bei der Ausstattung hat es uns an nichts gefehlt. Unser Gastgeber Andrea war überaus freundlich und hilfsbereit.”

“Our host, Gary, was very helpful with driving instructions and information about the area. The apartment's location is perfect for visiting Menaggio and Bellagio. The patio had spectacular views of the snow capped mountains and Lake Como. Enjoyed our stay at Apartment Tulipano!”

“Das Haus ist etwas in die Jahre gekommen und braucht dringend ein Upgrade. Vor allem die Betten und Matratzen sowie Bettwäsche. Das Schlafsofa ist aus unserer Sicht nicht mehr für mehr als eine Übernachtung zumutbar. Die Bäder waren okay, aber mindestens 35/40 Jahre nicht daran gemacht. Die Möbel an sich erwecken den Eindruck, dass alles was zu Hause nicht mehr benötigt wird, wird hier rübergebracht. Der Plastiktisch und die Stühle dazu auf der oberen Ebene vor dem Haus müssen dringend entsorgt……

“A really nice flat with everything you would need for a stay in the area! Great views of Bellano and Lake Como too, and the price was more than reasonable. If you do stay here without a car, be aware that the walk up from the town is very steep, I underestimated this a bit!”

“Der Empfang durch Lucia war sehr herzlich, sie führte uns zur Wohnung und half uns auch mit dem Gepäck. In der vollausgestatteten Wohnung war alles für uns vorbereitet auch der Ofen und Kamin. Lucia ist eine ausgezeichnete Fremdenführerin und versorgte uns mit vielen Ausflugstips. Die Wohnung liegt sehr schön und ruhig zwischen kleinen Gassen im mittelalterlichen Teil von Breglia. Im benachbarten Hotel Breglia ist es möglich zu frühstücken und abends die gute italienische Küche zu genießen. Wir……

“We loved our stay! The house suited our needs for our 2 night stay in Lake Como and we loved the proximity to a lovely hike over the peninsula and away from the "touristy" spots of Lake Como. A couple notes... the pool view is not the view from the house and there is actually a house in most of the view of the house with only a side view of the lake out of the main window so that was a disappointment and honestly a bit deceiving based on the pictures. There were no toiletries (soap/shampoo)……

“Although it was advertised as a second floor, we truly had to walk approximately four floors from the street up to our second floor. I will say the view was beautiful, however finding the location and finding the management office to obtain the keys Was very difficult Additionally, the sofa bed was in such bad shape. We felt crippled when we left.”

“Das Appartement ist großzügig und geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Sehr hell, ruhig und bis auf das Kinderzimmer sehr geräumig. Die Küche ist perfekt eingerichtet und man kann ganz wunderbar auf der Terrasse sitzen und den Blick auf den gegenüberliegenden Berg und den See genießen. Wir hatten einen sehr entspannten Aufenthalt .”

“Wir waren rundum mit allem zufrieden. Die Vermieterin in Paola waren reizend und hilfsbereit! Die Lage des Hauses ist aussergewöhnlich. Super ruhig in einem Ort ohne Autoverkehr (aber super Parkplatz!) und fussläufig über einen schönen Weg runter zum See. Die Sicht ist einfach nur WOW. Auch die Ausstattung des Hauses u die Sauberkeit war top. Vielen Dank wir kommen gerne wieder! Familie R.”
