Often when you rent a place, upon arrival you discover that the photos were taken at a misleading angle, or that something about the place is not really as nice as it was spelled out to be. “We enjoyed the Bologna house. It was high up on the hill and could only get there by taxi or bus. Very seldom were we able to find an available taxi and the bus just drove past where we stayed. When we called the property manager and said we were having trouble getting rides, he hung up on us. Property was nice but not a place I would return to.”

“The room was very clean. It was close to the train station, but it was also close to the promenade and ferry. You cannot hear any trains whatsoever. This is not a hotel, we were promised to be contacted one week before check in about its details, however, 3 days before check in nobody contacted us. for us, visiting from different country, in the season where no hotels were available, that was stressful enough.
