E' fornita di tutti i confort necessari come WIFI, Tv, Lavatrice (un po vecchia ma funziona), scaldabagno, parcheggio macchina, frigorifero e tutto cio che serve in cucina. Zona molto tranquilla a 15 minuti di macchina dal centro dal paese. 10 min a piedi dalla spiaggia. Molto silenziosa per notti tranquille. La proprietaria e' molto attenta cortese e gentile. “Absolutely fabulous villa for our family of 11. Amazing sea view and pool. Walking distance to beach with great snorkelling. We used the hotel next door for coffee and pizza also. “We had a very enjoyable week. The villa is private, large and well equipped with a fantastic pool surrounded by vineyards and fields. Villaperuccio is a good hub to explore the South Western Coast and mountainous inland areas. “Das Haus liegt wunderschön im Pinienwald. Der Wald ist praktisch im Garten umgebaut und sehr gepflegt. Im Haus befindet sich alles was notwendig ist für einen entspannten Urlaub vollausgestattete Küche, Waschmaschine, Handtücher, etc. Alles ist sehr sauber und in gutem Zustand. Der Weg zum kleinen Strand dauert 2 Minuten. Wir haben es dort sehr genossen und kaum andere Strände besucht. Das Haus liegt am Rande des Porto Pino und ist etwas abgeschieden entsprechend sehr ruhig.Das Ort mit ein Paar……
