“En el restaurant donde dan los desayunos el menú es muy pequeño, por otro lado la comida regional nada que ver con lo que es realmente y la calidad y sabor para un lugar como ese deja mucho que desear, lástima. El pan dulce no es el mejor y a los alimentos siempre les faltaba temperatura. Faltan actividades para en caso de lluvia”

“i requested a receipt, invoice upon leaving the place..they didnt supply me with one..they said they would email me one..a week and a half later i have not received a receipt..can you (Expedia) help me obtain a receipt, invoice for my stay there?”

“Its suppoused to be a pet friendly hotel, nevertheless you cannot access the only restaurant they have with your pet so it is not that much, where are you suppoused to leave your dog while you eat, there is no other option around. The people is extremely friendly and helpful except for Eder from the front desk whos only answer for any request is always "not possible or not available, whether is breaking a bill or asking for the manager or any other. Beautiful landscape and again, super nice……

“El costo es elevado para lo que ofrece. El hotel está lindo, pero las limitantes en horarios son muchas. La alberca, el corazón de agua y el río artificial se cierran a las 6, lo cual es muy temprano. el desayuno para niño cuesta 439 pesos, lo cual me parece caro ”
