A estadia foi boa, o café da manhã bom, cama e chuveiro bons também. O atendimento, principalmente da recepção foi excelente e tentaram minimizar alguns desconfortos, como conseguir duas cadeiras, já que o quarto nao dispõe de nenhuma e a Adriana disponibilizou o telefone pessoal dela, já que os telefones dos quartos estão sem funcionar no periodo que nos hospedamos no Eco Chles( 19 a 23/05/25),inclusive para contato com a Recepçao. Este conserto é urgente, considerando a distância dos apartamentos com a portaria, a recepcão e o restaurante. Só tem black- out na metade da janela, e estava rasgado. O quarto fica muito claro, porque a cortina é fina.O trinco da janela estava quebrado( apto 112) No quarto só tem uma tomada e longe da cama. Só tem 4 cabides poderia ter mais, assim como poderia ter um estendedor flexivel no box e um cabideiro na parede, já que é um lugar, onde se usa muita roupa de banho e roupões, isto faz falta. A piscina do Eco Chalé é apenas morninha, poderia ser mais aquecida com aquecimento solar ou fotovoltaico, já que a água perde calor no percurso. O estacionamento Platinum, disponibilizado para os hospedes do Eco Chalé no Complexo do Resort Rio Quente, estava em total escuridão no periodo de 19/05 a 23/05/25, sem uma unica lâmpada.

O Hotel é bom... Positivo: acomodação confortável, café da manhã muito bom, acesso a área vip da praia do cerrado. Negativo: iluminação na estrada que dá acesso ao hotel, faltou energia (inadmissível é um hotel do complexo não ter um gerador decente), nenhuma das opções de lazer do hotel estava funcionando (com excessão da piscina).

Vale o custo benefício

Pelo valor da diária, tive café da manhã e almoço no Hot Park. O local é muito bonito, com muito verde e traz um descanso muito bom para nossa cabeça tão estressada da cidade. Os quartos são mais antigos, mas possuem ar-condicionado, tv e frigobar. Poderiam modernizar os quartos, isso seria ótimo, no nosso a cortina Blackout nao tampava a janela toda, isso foi ruim. A localização do chalé é ótima, em 3 minutos (de carro) vc chega ao Hot Park. Valeu muito pelo custo benifício, voltarei outras vezes.

Ótima Promoção

Ótimo lugar para se passar com a família ou com amigos, o Eko Aventura é muito bom, com tudo que uma família precisa, inclusive com copa para mamãe. O Hot Park tem uma estrutura ótima com shows e atividades para crianças e para adultos. O Café da manhã é servido no hotel e o almoço no Hot Park. Vale muito a pena esse pacote do Eko Aventura, super recomendo!

O lugar é bonito e o café da manhã e bonzinho. A piscina é agradável. O quarto merece uma reforma, principalmente o banheiro. Tivemos almoço incluso, no restaurante do hot park e a refeição lá é beeemmmm fraca, muito sem graça. Vale a relação custo x beneficio, visto que a entrada do hot park está inclusa na diária.

Minha experiência foi agradável, o preço condiz com a realidade do hotel. Porém, devido a beleza da natureza no local, achamos que deveriam fazer algum investimento nas acomodações e tb na recepção que deixa um pouco a desejar. Nada tenho a reclamar do atendimento e limpeza do local. Satisfatórios. Os preços cobrados pelos consumos como água, refrigerantes e caiprinhas realmente muito salgados. Aconselho levarem de casa se forem de carro.

Na verdade fizeram um upgrade na minha estadia e fiquei no Giardino. Hotel excelente, quarto grande e confortavel, limpo, organizado, cafe da manha muito bom, almoço tambem excelete. O ruim fica por conta do check-in e check-out, um verdadeiro caos, desorganizado, filas enormes, sem possibilidade de adiantar o procedimento, mesmo que se chegue antes, tendo em vista que o atendimento so se inicia pontualmente as 12 hrs, sem possibilidade de ser feito antes.

Boa opção, mas fique atento aos detalhes!

O hotel fica um pouco afastado do Hot Park, mas dado o valor da diária, é ideal para quem vai de carro. O quarto é grande, tem uma cama de casal, um sofá-cama e duas camas auxiliares, fazendo do Eco Chalé uma boa opção para famílias também. A limpeza do banheiro deixa a desejar, com muito mofo nas paredes. Nada que uma bucha com água sanitária não resolva. O café da manhã é farto e bem gostoso, podendo ser desfrutado com vista para o rio. O Hot Park somente pode ser acessado gratuitamente pelo hóspede no período entre o check-in e o check-out, o que causou transtorno, pois eu imaginava que receberia uma pulseira que daria acesso ao parque após o check-out. Como eu cheguei às 16h da sexta e deveria sair às 10h do sábado, nem daria pra aproveitar parque. Isso poderia ficar mais claro na descrição do hotel, pois acabamos perdendo o acesso ao estacionamento e almoço gratuitos do parque. O atendimento do staff é o maior diferencial, em especial a Valéria, que prontamente me ajudou com a questão do acesso ao Hot Park e outros contratempos que tive na viagem, não relacionados à minha estadia. Dica: reserve no mínimo 2 diárias, aproveite 1 dia inteiro no Hot Park e não terá contratempos.

Fica afastado do parque e não tem transporte.

A chegada foi ruim. Tinha reservado dois quartos para minha família e um deles estava com problema devido a manutenção inadequada. Quiseram separar a família em dois hotéis, mas devido a nossa reclamação ficamos em uma suíte família com dois quarto. O HotPark e o Parque das Fontes são incríveis e as crianças adoram. Quase todas as atividades disponíveis são pagas e o custo de tudo é elevado.

Bom hotel, poderia ser melhor pelo valor cobrado.

O local parece ser um pouco velho. Frestas nas portas deixam entrar insetos como aranhas e formigas, piso, paredes bem velhos. Atendimento do pessoal do Hotel muito bom. Peca na estrutura.
