O local é muito bonito, mas não é muito limpo. e os funcionários não são bem informados, o restaurante é muito bom e relativamente barato. o apto é bom mas não tem coisas de cozinha.

Decepção

Me espedei no Via Lacqua V em julho de 2017 e a experiência foi excelente. Desta vez tive problemas logo no check-in. Recebi confirmação de reserva para oVi aLacqua IV, ao chegar, me falaram que não havia reserva e não fizeram nada para resover até que eu insisti e mostrei os e-mails impressos e a gravação da ligação onde eles confirmavam a minha reserva. Depois de 10 minutos encontraram minha reserva no Via Lacqua II. Me desloquei até lá e fiz o check-in. Me entregaram 3 cartões para acessar o apartamento. Nenhum deles abria a porta. Fui e voltei 3 vezes do apartamento até a recepção, certa de 200m. ida e volta, para poder resolver este problema. Isto era 22h. Avisei que iria chegar após as 20h e mesmo assim foi essa confusão. Estávamos cansados e com fome; eu, minha esposa e filhos de 9 e 3 anos de idade. Fomos jantar na pizzaria do próprio Lacqua. 3 pratos de massa, 2 chopps 1 suco e 1 refrigerante lata. 106 reais. Meu cartão de consumo não funcionou, a atendente me olha desconfiada e me pergunta se eu tinha feito check-in. Paguei com cartão de crédito. No outro dia fui informado que deveria comprar créditos antecipadamente. Em julho, consumi e paguei todo no check-out. Deveriam ter me poupado este constragimento na pizzaria avisando, no momento do chek-in, que eu deveria comprar créditos antecipadamente. As piscinas estavam bem sujas. Às 10h da manhã já havia muita sujeira. Só a piscina de ondas estava com aspecto de limpa.
