The Everett cottage was perfect! My husband and I were in town for some events at College of Idaho. Everything is clean, comfortable and centrally located. We will definitely be back again!

We stayed while our house was being packed & loaded for out of state move. Nicely stocked & nice yard for our dogs. Clean & comfortable. Windows & screens could use some updating. We will stay again.

Loved this little place

We spent three nights at the Everett house. It was a great little house with a comfortable furnishings. The decor was perfect, not over done or crowded, I felt at home! The location was nice, good neighborhood, and Caldwell is a nice little town. I wish that it was closer to home because I'd love to go back just to get away!

Visiting Caldwell for the first time for a family event. This property was perfect for me and my dog friend. Roomy house, well appointed, clean and quiet. beautiful historic neighborhood for walking. Small, but perfect for two adults (and two dachshunds) and very quaint. We will definitely stay again when we wine taste Caldwell, and highly recommend this property. Owner provides EXCEPTIONAL customer support, we reported a minor issue for future guests, not expecting it to be addressed during our stay, it was fixed immediately after coordinating with owner. Our stay was EXCELLENT.

Perfect for homecoming at C of I

This VRBO was perfect for me. I was in town to attend homecoming at the College of Idaho and the campus was a short two-block walk. The apartment was clean and well equipped with a nice parking spot. I give it a big thumbs up!

This is a really cute property in a quiet neighborhood. The house is very clean and well-stocked. Monique is an excellent host; if you need anything or have any questions, she's quick to respond by text or email. I highly recommend this VRBO! And do try Flying M Coffee while you're in Caldwell (Monique's recommendation).

Monique was very good with communication. Place felt safe and quiet. Would’ve appreciated some thing to cancel out odor. There could be some upgrades with couch and rug. Everything about this trip from booking, adding on a day all the way through my stay was fantastic. Monique and her husband are great people. Made my stay in Caldwell, Id. feel like home. I did one evening need to reach out to Monique because technology was being technology. I reached out through a text and she was very prompt in returning my text. Everything was cleared up quickly. Monique even reached out to see how my certification for my Level 2 CrossFit was going, so supportive! They were like having friends in my corner the whole time. The house is very clean, well decorated, all the things you need for a comfortable stay. The bed and pillows were comfy. I slept better than I have in a long time. You will feel like you are at home, might not even want to leave. Thank you for a great stay!
