Toddy's met our expectations for cleanliness, communication with the owner, accuracy of description, comfortable beds temperature controls. Above and beyond that, Toddy's Cabin stands out because it is such a comfortable place to be. For hanging out there is the firepit, the porch and the living room with comfy chair and a fireplace.”

“Stayed here for my husband's birthday! The cabin is in the woods. Was fun to watch the deer and turkey every morning on the screened in deck! The cabin is beautifully decorated and very clean! Only one thing was if you are big coffee drinkers the coffee pot only makes 2 cups at a time. I would suggest a regular size coffee pot. There was only 2 of us so was no big deal. I realize this cabin is a new rental but some mixing bowls would be a nice addition to your kitchen. It is close to alot of……

“Cabin easy to find and looked just like the photos. Loved the property and how it was surrounded by trees. I thought my husband was going to have a fit when he saw the stairs leading up to the loft, and the short trek outside to the loo. But, he succumbed to the magic of the cabin and had a great time. We are seniors so had tho be careful on the stairs up the loft and the path to the loo and showers. Everything very clean and comfortable. Bad season for mosquitoes so bring bug spray if you plan……

“This property is one of a kind! The pond is perfect for kids to play and fish. Wonderful view while drinking coffee on the porch in the mornings was a great way to start the day. A lot of wildlife to see and trout fishing close by kept everyone busy! The house is stocked with anything you might need for cooking. The owners were very easy to communicate with. If you’re looking for a very quiet, secluded vacation this is the place!”

“Beautiful setting right on the Upper Iowa River. Very private. Very clean. This was a girl's trip (5 of us) and the sleeping arrangements were perfect. We are already talking about coming back. The only issue we had was no railing on the steps going into the house (even though it was only a few steps) and railing only on one side of the steps going to the basement. We had a couple people with mobility issues and had to be very careful. We strongly suggest getting railings in those 2 places. One……

“We just needed a place to stay for one night having come down from the cities to pick our daughter up from end of semester at Luther. The price was right, we thought. The pictures looked nice enough. When we left, we agreed it would be our future “go to” place! The camper was as nice as any hotel, plus the added bonus of a stream and waterfall, campfire, horses, pasture…doesn’t get any better. Wish we could’ve stayed longer…Next time!!”
