“Partial sea view at best as we were put on floor zero in the furthest part of the hotel, booked queen and extra bed for my son in a junior suite, royal level, got twin and very uncomfortable sofa bed ( it was replaced with a single bed and they did offer to change our room but only after 4 days as they were full and we did not find it convenient to have to move all our stuff after 4 days. No decent sandy beach nearby, closest is playa Bastian and it’s very small with no facilities or showers to……

“The staff was incredibly friendly and the breakfast was delicious. The weather wasn’t ideal for swimming but the pool appeared well-maintained. There are some pets on the property. I couldn’t find the Wi-Fi password but I didn’t need it anyway.”

“Rooms are clean, comfortable and well equipped. Each night was a good night's sleep. We were in a room with the sea view although the garden view would also be very pleasant. We would recommend going half board, the buffet dinners were delicious and well cooked. Quality of food and ingredients were excellent and included local fruits and other produce which we liked. Staff were always polite and ready on hand with useful information of what to do and see around the island. We played pickle……

Pour les séjours en hiver, il manque une piscine intérieure chauffée et espace Spa (hammam, sauna, jacuzzi) mais ce n'est pas la vocation de ce lieu je pense. Ce qui existe est déjà top. “Property could do with some improvements, very weathered, nice view points, nice quiet front, short walk to bars and shops. Maid was lovely, receptionist not so much, no warm welcome, just here’s your room key take the lift, next please…. Restaurant .. wow, shocking… what I can say, no organisation, kids running up and down as staff move food round 30 prior to service closing, stayed 4 nights only went for breakfast twice, same each time, no glasses, no seats, no coffee cups, not a lot of……
