Hotel 11, MOD A Sonesta Collection
Clean, easy to get to, but oh my gosh the pillows (8 of them) were rock hard, massively thick, and the room sooooo hot without A/C being on as it was winter outside. It was a lousy night. We cancelled our future stays.

The house cleaning staff are rude, and when I was leaving, I looked at some sheets to see what the name was so maybe I could buy some and then they accused me of stealing them and then followed me into the elevator and yelled at me. Reporting to management.
