Welcome to our stylish 2-beds, 2-baths apartment in Inglewood, where modern design meets a cowboy vibe. Accommodating up to six guests, it features a king bed in the master and two queen beds. Located just 10 min from downtown and 5 minutes from Stampede, you'll find restaurants and shops within walking distance. Our apartment is the perfect home base for your adventures. Located in Calgary’s oldest and most vibrant neighborhood, our community offers unbeatable convenience and charm. Pearce Estate Park is just a 5-minute walk from the building, providing a peaceful escape right nearby.

As you're nestled in the heart of Inglewood, you’re also just a 5-minute drive from Deerfoot Trail (north and south), making commuting a breeze. Alternatively, head down 9th Ave to discover a variety of restaurants, local shops, and unique attractions that make Inglewood so special. If you're in the mood for more, continue driving down 9th Ave for another 7 minutes, and you'll find yourself in the heart of downtown Calgary. And the best part? The iconic Stampede grounds are only a 5-10 minute drive away!

When coming with your kiddos, you are 8 minute drive to the Calgary Zoo, Science Centre, you'll also find plenty of indoor and outdoor playgrounds, splash parks and more. Our location truly offers the best of both worlds.

We also have a high chair, crib, books and toys for your kids if you need them at no extra cost.

About the Space

This modern 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom unit comfortably accommodates up to 6 guests. It features a fully equipped kitchen stocked with everything you may need during your stay.

The apartment includes 2 well-appointed bedrooms: one with a king-sized bed, and the other with a queen-sized bed. Additionally, the sofa bed in the living room pulls out to provide a queen mattress for the remaining 2 guests. For your convenience, the unit also offers 2 full bathrooms and a kitchen that is ready for all your cooking needs.

You'll have access to one assigned heated underground parking stall, with plenty of additional visitor parking available.

We loved the property, new building, new furniture, fun decor. Fully equipped with what you need to stay here and beyond. The host had welcoming snacks which was unexpected, there was definitely a lot of thought going into this space making it a happy stay for guests. The apartment was very clean and smelled lovely. The beds were also very comfortable for us. I have zero complaints here.

I stayed 3 nights by myself in May 2025. Instructions were friendly and clear. I was delighted by the lovely smell, attractive decor, cleanliness, and excellent layout. Nice welcome tray with coffee and treats. I shopped for groceries and cooked my own food there, and the kitchen was well supplied with cookware, storage containers, plastic bags, a good knife, cutting board and full sized appliances. I liked the dual coffee maker (Kcups and a carafe) and used both. I loved the big windows facing east and south that look out to trees - private and quiet. I stayed in the master bedroom in a very comfortable bed. The deep and wide tub was wonderful for baths. I enjoyed sitting outside on the balcony. Apt is convenient to the highway. I rented a car, and it was great to have secure garage parking included. Gislaine was wonderfully responsive and kind. No A/C, but the windows open, there are fans, and a central ventilation system. I'm used to A/C and it was 28 degrees during the day when I was there. Although that made it warmer and more humid inside than I am used to, I didn't have any issues with it. Next to an active train track. A wall of green trees mostly blocks the trains. With windows closed train noise is barely noticeable, but on one hot night with the windows open I did have a lot of train noise. I like trains - so overall this wasn't an issue, but this property isn't for light sleepers in summer who don't like trains. Priced very well as is. I'd stay there again!
