3FullBaths~PrivateYard~BBQ~5Beds

  • The home is one of two totally separate LEGAL suites. It has separate heating and ventilation, separate smoke shield, separate temperature control, it even has sound attenuation between the floors. The entrances are separate. You have no access the space downstairs and they have no access to your space.

    We do supply a BBQ with propane tank. However we don’t supply propane. You may need refill the propane tank so be sure to allow time for this if you plan to BBQ.

    Mahogany is the one of the most gorgeous and desired neighbourhoods in Calgary. Feature it’s own private lake and beach club, Mahogany real estate consistently draws the most discerning buyers. Higher architectural standards in the community make clean lines, and cottage-like atmosphere. The Mahogany wetlands are nearby and a gorgeous sight to behold. Don’t miss Chairman’s Steakhouse right on the waters of Mahogany

    Bikes, Uber, bus, car, and walking all work in this incredible walkable neighborhood!

By and large we find our guests to be nothing short of kind, considerate, and responsible when taking Care of our home!
If you can believe it, we went about year with no house rules at all! That’s how wonderful our guests have been!
However we did discover that 1 out of maybe 100 guests turned out to be a bit of a rascal, and without house rules, it was impossible to be protected
