“Great location and tasty breakfast ”

“I didn’t know you guys had tub suites. lol. It was nice to sit in a bath (bigger tub) after being on my feet all day. Always a good stay with Grey Eagle when I come to Calgary. ”

“The staff at the front desk have no patience with guests, the shuttle driver was very rude with guests' suitcases and damaged my suitcase trolley without even an apology. The bedding was not changed every guest and the towels were disgusting! The smell of male bodily fluids clung to the towels and you could smell it when you entered the bathroom, and there was actually a blood stain on one of the towels that hadn't washed off. It was disgusting! Don't waste your money challenging your bottom……

“Hotel was very clean and comfortable. The hot tub and steam room were amazing after a long drive, along with the heated pool. The free breakfast was also very tasty. Staff were friendly and helpful.. we would definitely stay here again if needed. ”
