  • A newly finished legal basement suite boasts a very neat and well-equipped. It has its own entrance and can comfortably accommodate four. Located just 18 minutes from Calgary International Airport and 15 minutes from Cross Iron Mills (outlets mall in Calgary), this suite offers easy access to various amenities. Moreover, it’s just a five-minute walk from a park equipped with lawn tennis courts and other recreational facilities. To enhance your work experience, the suite comes with fast dowWi-Fi.
    The space
    The Suite is equipped with a fully functional kitchen, complete with a counter top stove, microwave, refrigerator, coffee maker, and more. It also features a dining set and two tastefully furnished bedrooms, each equipped with a queen-sized bed. The living room is elegantly furnished with two sofa. lAdditionally, it boasts smart TV that offers access to Netflix, Tubi, and etc. Furthermore, the suite includes a well-equipped bathroom.

    NOTHING IS SHARED
    Guest access
    Guest access is provided through a keyless smart lock. Upon booking confirmation, you’ll receive check-in instructions and an entry code. Checking into the suite is contactless, and you have ample street parking available.

    Other things to note
    There’s a functional park just a 5 minute walk from the suite. Calgary International Airport is 18 minutes away, and downtown Calgary is a 30 minute drive from the suite.
    45 minute drive to the beautiful Canmore and an hour to Banff
    Canadian Tire, Walmart, and Superstore are all within a 10 minute drive. CrossIron Mills, the largest outlets mall in Calgary, is just a 15-minute drive away.

Everything was good. Only comment would be the washroom was too small for us and the family but it wasn't a deal breaker.

I found street parking easily. I slept well on a comfortable bed in a peaceful environment. However, the place was superficially clean. Bedrooms: neither bed looked like they had clean sheets. The beds both have a comforter without a cover and without a sheet between it and your body. This means that I shared the comforter with every other guest directly. Kitchen: the microwave had food remnants in it. The coffee maker had an old shriveled up coffee/tea bag still in it. The electric hot plate was very dirty. Good size fridge. Bathroom: was adequate, but very cramped. The towels were clean.

We left after checking in. Unwelcoming smell. Place was grubby. Bedding was off putting. We left to go to the store, came back and could only find parking blocks away. That's when we decided to leave and booked into a hotel.

Disappointed that the beds only had a mattress with no box spring. I have a disability and with the bed being so low to the floor making it very difficult to get out of bed. A fresh smelling atmosphere would have been more inviting. Thankfuĺy it was for only one night.

We didnt stay. We left right after checking in. We initially found street parking, went to the store and when we got back, we had to park blocks away. There was an off-putting smell in the property. It was clean on the surface, but grubby. The bedding wasnt great.

This property was disappointing as there were no tea towels, a distinct and unpleasant odor, dirty dishes in the cupboard, broken furniture, dirty windows and only on street parking.
