An entire house all to yourself complete with a full kitchen upstairs and a kitchenette in the basement, a large private deck area complete with patio furniture and a Traeger smoker all nestled in a very safe family, friendly neighbourhood. Comes with free Wi-fi. Only a stones throw away from a world class river pathway system that stretches throughout the city. Within 10 minutes drive of Alberta South Health Campus Hospital. Within a 10 minute walk of restaurants, pubs, and shopping outlets.

We had a couple of questions during our stay snd he was very responsive. We also loved the layout of the house. My Mom snd her sister had the upstairs; two bed rooms with a full bath and kitchen. My Sister and I had the downstairs, but it also had a kitchenette, its own living room and bathroom. We were able to all have breakfast in the morning, snd have some separation in the evening.

We had our grandma’s 90th birthday celebration. The house was close to everything, including our gathering spot. One of our kids flew in and it was very easy and direct to get to the airport and back. Will happily recommend this house to anyone.
