  • This 1,700 sqft Sub Penthouse is located on the 19th floor of the Vista West tower. With a full kitchen, underground parking, in-suite laundry, steps away from Kerby LRT station (as well as numerous restaurants), you can truly experience Downtown Calgary living.

    This home has been recently renovated and offers some of the best un-obstructed views of the Calgary’s west end and the bow river.

    Three large bedrooms can accommodate up-to 6 guests comfortably with room to spare.

We were over the moon happy with this property. The first impression was the view - it was incredible! The size, layout and cleanliness were all terrific. It was well appointed for our needs, which included a one year old and 5 adults. Close to so much downtown, walkable & C-train. Thank you for being terrific hosts - we hope to visit again!

Amazing view, location and comfort

We stayed here for 4 nights during the Calgary Stampede. It was a perfect location for everything we did. The views are breathtaking, the beds are comfortable and we had all we needed including indoor parking. A few minor repairs were needed but otherwise our stay was great. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it!

We were in town for the Rotary International Convention. Being right beside the train transit stop made getting to the Saddledome so easy. Anil was excellent to work with. Will definitely use this again when in Calgary.

The condo was clean and the view spectacular. Check in was easy but the lock on the front door was very sporadic. There was only seating for 4 which was difficult for meals. There was no hot water on the last day and no response from the host.
