Property not as listed - VRBO false advertising to blame

Hello. I think the owners of the property are kind people. That being said, I was not expecting this rental to be in the basement of a house. The listing said luxury but it was not that at all. It was clean and had nice features but it was not private or fully renovated. They had a service man come into the rental the first day to fix falling pictures and a heater - that was ok but the party upstairs on the final night kept us up until after 12pm. We had to get up for our flight at 4:30am. The location was convenient so that was helpful.
