Welcome to this completely renovated bungalow in the heart of Richmond SW, just 10 minutes from downtown and easy access West to the mountains. With Air Conditioning and a detached garage!
Featuring 6 bedrooms (3 up, 3 down), 3 full bathrooms, and 2 living areas, you will not be short on space. Spend your days on the sunny private deck and huge back yard.
Directly out the back gate is the walking path to Marda Loop. With easy access to Crowchild, this location can't be beat!
