Newly Furnished 2BD, 2BA Condo with Pool and Stunning View!

This is a Long Term Rental, minimum 3 month commitment.

A great option for your visit to Calgary, our condo is fully furnished and equipped with all essentials for your stay. The property is located in the Encore building of the Spruce Cliff Towers looking over the Shaganappi golf course in Southwest Calgary. You will find the kitchen to be stocked for everyday use where you will be able to brew your morning coffee and comfortably make a meal for you and your fellow travellers! Visiting a new city has never been easier when you can unwind at the end of the day in a comfy living room with a stunning view, catching up on your favourite shows or reading the internet. The master suite features a King size bed and en suite bathroom. The other bedroom is a Queen size bed with the second bathroom near by.

- All bedding, towels, linens provided.
- An en suite washer and dryer is available for your use.
- Heated underground parking stall included.

Fantastic Calgary Condo

Perfect location with a fantastic view. Shopping close by and the C - Train is across the street. You can take public transportation just about everywhere. The owners were very communicative and answered every question quickly. A 5 Star review would not be enough!

Excellent view, great location

Perfect property for our long-term stay. Lovely view, well-equipped with practically all necessary kitchen equipment, cleaning supplies, nice linens, and comfortable bed. Fast internet speeds. Just across the street from grocery store, walmart and ctrain. Host was accommodating and easy to communicate with. Highly recommend this stay.

Amazing view, very clean and spacious property

This was a beatiful property that provided me with a downtown view of the city and the Bow River. The building being new shows wear and tear, however this unit was in top shape. If my career path brings me back to YYC.. i will definitely look to rebook.

Overall Awesome experience

Everything is very good. Got the same as per the pictures. Very comfortable bed. Modern decors.. our Host Tanya L is an excellent host. Very helpful and take action immediately whenever we need anything. We are feeling sad that we need to leave this apartment but definitely we will be back here if there any opportunity in future. Location wise this is the best as near to Walmart and some shopalot just a min walk. Train and bus station also mins walk. Special thanks to Tanya for her hospitality… Thanks .. Muneer and family.
