The breakfast was amazing! Hot scrambled eggs, hard boiled eggs, fried potatoes, mini pancakes, a selection of meats, fruits, yogurts, english muffins, toast, bagels, and juices! The gym was great! Free weights, treadmill, machines. There's a pool with a water slide. The rooms were very clean. The shower was the best shower I've had in ages! And the staff was friendly.I can't say enough about this hotel. We were very pleased.

The room was okay, but the temperature control / wall unit did not work so the room was a little warm but not horrible. On arrival one of the elevators was out of service. The other one was working so this was not an issue but in the morning both elevators were out of service, so we had to locate a stairway at the far end of the building. We are seniors but are healthy so this was not a problem for us only an inconvenience. The breakfast buffet was very busy, so some heated food items were low, and a bit cool and the utensils were almost all gone. These issues are not uncommon when the buffet is very busy at any hotel. I would rate our stay as adequate but certainly not exceptional especially for the price of the room.

Front desk staff amazing. Breakfast staff not very helpful. Food was not restocked often and when I asked about hot sauce - it was like "NO"! It's not hard to get a bottle of hot sauce for patrons.

Great hotel, friendly staff, decent breakfast. Lovely room. Oddly we could hear guests talking in the parking lot in the front, which our room overlooked i would have expected the rooms to be soundproofed from outside noise. Also surprised no discount was given when we were td the elevator was out of service for days due to a burst pipe, so we had to climb the stairs all the time.. would definitely stay again- really nice hotel.

The hotel was clean. The breakfast was a good selection of hot food, and cold. The room was a good size, and clean and tidy. Staff were friendly and helpful on the desk. The only thing was the elevator was out of order, and my door was opposite the stairs, so there was a lot of traffic outside my door for most of the night.

We did not enjoy our two night stay here. The staff were not overly helpful, the elevator was broken and we were a hockey team with lots of gear a such that we had to pack up to the fourth floor. They would not deal with our noise complaints (teens playing volleyball in the hallways while we were trying to out our young kids to bed), did not come clean up vomit in the hallway carpet, but offered us towels to clean it up and told us to have a nice night. The cleaning staff left two towels for four people and did not seem to tidy up the room as well as we have experienced at other hotels (bed duvet just thrown overtop, not remade, not vacuumed, no new facecloths or fresh towels, kitchenette table not wiped) The continental breakfast was not open until 630 and we had a game to get to, would not open early for us, even just for cold cereal for our players to eat before their game. They also set out one tray of each food item and did not replenish it. We also asked to use the breakfast area for our team pizza supper, but the front staff told us they did not have permission to grant access to that, and refused to call the manager, stating the manager would be back in on Monday, and all the board rooms were booked up. The rooms need upgrades, and the pool area was quite small. Will not be heading back next time we are heading to Calgary
