The dining area, conveniently located next to the kitchen, is great for enjoying meals together.

The modern kitchen is a chef’s dream, featuring sleek countertops, high-end appliances, and ample cabinet space for all your culinary needs. Whether you’re preparing a quick breakfast or a gourmet dinner, this kitchen has everything you need.

The master bedroom is a true retreat, offering a comfortable queen-sized bed and an en-suite bathroom for added privacy and convenience. The three additional bedrooms are spacious and furnished to ensure restful sleep for all guests. Each room is equipped with plenty of closet space or dresser, and plush linens are provided for your comfort.

Outside, the backyard provides a peaceful oasis with a beautiful garden, perfect for morning coffee or evening relaxation. The home also features a double garage for parking, accessible through the back alley with ease.

Located just 13 minutes from the airport, close to Downtown and other local amenities, including CrossIron Mills, dining spots, and public parks, this home allows easy access to everything you need. Explore Chestermere Lake nearby and experience all-season activities that nature has to offer!

You will have full access to the entire home except the basement. The basement is totally separate and it not part of your accommodation. It's a legal basement that will be listed separately soon.

BBQ and outdoor furniture will be available in May onwards.

For larger groups, the lower suite offers in-suite washer/dryer, kitchen, 2 more bedrooms and a bathroom.

ADDITIONAL HOUSE RULES:
**Quiet hours are 10pm to 7am.

**No shoes in house. Fine is $250.

**No smoking of any kind, including cannabis and vaping, and any illicit drugs in unit and patio, anywhere on the grounds and property. Fine is $250

**No burning of incense.

**Must disclose all people staying at unit.

**Lost keys/garage remote is $200 Each.

**Parties $500 fine.

**Respect the neighbours.

**Please use makeup remover to remove your makeup, not our towels, otherwise we will charge you.

**Late check-out past 11 AM without our consent: $50/15 minutes

**GARBAGE- During your stay, you’ll temporarily be living in the house, and with that comes a few household responsibilities. One of these is putting out the bins on the designated garbage or recycling day if it falls within your stay. There will be a fee of $250 if the bins are not moved on time. We appreciate your help in maintaining the home!

Please Note:
To help us with proper waste management, kindly make sure to separate garbage, recycling, and compost into the appropriate bins. We’ve noticed that sometimes items are thrown into the wrong bins by mistake. Non-compliance will incur a $250 charge

**Please don’t flush anything but toilet paper.
Sanitary products and wipes must go in the bin provided.
Plumbing damage due to improper disposal may result in a charge.
