“This was our second stay and we like this place for the location and the reasonable price. It is clean, quiet, and has very comfortable beds.Since I cook while I'm there, I appreciate the good selection of pots and pans for the stove top, along with a full-size refrigerator. I just bring what I need such as food storage containers and ovenware.I also appreciate the excellent lighting which is essential for a basement apartment.Our host was quick to respond and was willing to make sure our stay……

“My group and I had a wonderful stay here! The place was super clean and tidy. Our host Silvana made sure we were accommodated and comfortable and always responded quickly whenever we needed. We would happily stay at any of her listings again in the future.”

“There were children in the upstairs of the home that were making quite a bit of noise. This did not however go on outside of the quiet time of the property. Just for those looking for a quiet retreat or a place to study this would not be the place for you.”

“Pros: great location, very clean, 2 separate bedrooms, full kitchen, came with everything we needed (except a drying rack for the dishes). The host even provided (disposable?) slippers. Cons: very echo-y since there are no carpets or anything to dampen the sound. Water is extremely soft so good luck rinsing off soap or body wash...”
