“Very clean overall. The host was good and communicative, we had left something there and they still got back with us to work something out for us to get it returned. The main downside was the fact that there was no AC but there were definitely enough fans to compensate so sleeping was still no problem.”

“Ivan was very helpful, effective and prompt in communication, very quickly responded to all our questions. The location was in the very south of the city in a nice, safe and quite neighborhood of Calgary. There's a bus stop nearby as well as Sobeys grocery store (walk distance of 20 min). The apartment was very clean, all appliances and utensils in good condition. Bathroom was clean and new. “I loved this basement suite! The location is excellent, with 3 parks within walking distance (including beautiful Nose Hill Park), and right across the street from the library and community aquatic/recreation center.
