  • Leahouse is a House next to Nature, in Prazeres, CERTIFIED with LICENSE OF LOCAL ACCOMMODATION, 20344 / AL, in the village of Prazeres.
    The village of Pleasures is inserted into a territory that has many pedestrian routes. The diverse walks available in our village, offers our visitors unique moments of interaction with Nature and Sea. We have numerous attractions, provided by the 20 existing footpaths, beaches diversity, available nature sports, regional cuisine, temperature, rural environment, air quality, good accessibility and urban mobility are some of the attractions that can satisfy the different personal motivations of each tourist in our village. Staying at CALHETA - PLEASURES is to enjoy tranquility and tranquility in an environment of safety, comfort, nature and proximity to the Sea provided by the 20 km of coastline. The proximity to the Sea and Nature is one of the unique characteristics in this rural village. Eine sehr schöne Unterkunft mit allem was man benötigt. Sehr gut eingerichtet und ausgestattet. Gute ruhige Lage. Haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Im März war es noch sehr frisch. Es befinden sich Klimamodule im Wohnzimmer und den Schlafzimmern mit denen man auch heizen kann. Bei Außentemperaturen von max. 14 Grad braucht es allerdings noch den Kamin dazu zum heizen im Wohnbereich.

First connection with the island

Great house, fantastic location

We really enjoyed our stay, the house is great. So much space and a well-equipped kitchen. It is very conveniently located, many restaurants etc. nearby and very short drive to the beach in Caleta. Very nice surroundings and very quiet at night. We loved the fireplace! Will definitely come again.

Das Haus ist in einem sehr gutem Zustand und bietet viel Platz für alle. Die Lage des Hauses auf einem Hochplateau mit weitem Blick gefiel uns. Der Ort Prazeres ist ein guter Ausgangspunkt für viele Touren und Wanderungen.

Cozy and calm

We had a fantastic stay at the house. Good cleaning and The house was exactly as described in photos. We had car during our stay and had it parked in the garage. We also loved the area and neighbourhood. Cozy small restaurants and cafees in the area. Defenitly would book this again. Communication was very good with the host.

Wir haben das Haus in einem sehr sauberen und voll ausgestatteten Zustand vorgefunden. Die Kommunikation mit Cátia war jederzeit zufriedenstellend und äußerst freundlich. Die Lage ist top, um die Nord-/, West- und Südküste zu erreichen. Alles in allem sehr empfehlenswert!

Wir waren jetzt zum 4. Mal im Leahouse und können es nur weiterempfehlen. Das Wetter war in diesem Jahr sehr kühl und unbest ändig mit viel Regen. Die Heizung, die seit 2024 eingebaut worden ist, hat uns die Situation aber deutlich leichter ertragen lassen.

Geräumiges Ferienhaus in ruhiger Lage

Die bisherigen Kommentare zur ruhigen Lage und Ausstattung können wir nur bestätigen. Im Februar hatten wir ein paar kalte Tage erwischt, aber die Räume ließen sich mit den Split-Klimageräten hinreichend erwärmen. Beim nächsten Madeira-Besuch kommen wir gerne wieder!

Wir haben uns in dem Haus und der Umgebung sehr wohl gefühlt. Ansprechende und gepflegte Einrichtung. Ein komfortabler Rückzugsort. Gute Kommunikation mit der Vermieterin. Bei einem eventuellen zweiten Madeira-Aufenthalt gerne wieder im LEAHOUSE.
