The diverse walks available in our village, offers our visitors unique moments of interaction with Nature and Sea. We have numerous attractions, provided by the 20 existing footpaths, beaches diversity, available nature sports, regional cuisine, temperature, rural environment, air quality, good accessibility and urban mobility are some of the attractions that can satisfy the different personal motivations of each tourist in our village. Staying at CALHETA - PLEASURES is to enjoy tranquility and tranquility in an environment of safety, comfort, nature and proximity to the Sea provided by the 20 km of coastline. Mooi groot luxe huis met 3 slaapkamers met opgemaakte bedden en 3 badkamers met wc, was schoon. Een ruime kamer, een ruime keuken van alle gemakken voorzien. Parkeren op de oprit.

Es war alles vorhanden um sich wohl zu fühlen. Manchmal störte das Hundegebell in der Nachbarschaft. Ansonsten sehr ruhig.

Eine sehr schöne Unterkunft mit allem was man benötigt. Sehr gut eingerichtet und ausgestattet. Gute ruhige Lage. Haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Im März war es noch sehr frisch. Es befinden sich Klimamodule im Wohnzimmer und den Schlafzimmern mit denen man auch heizen kann. Bei Außentemperaturen von max. 14 Grad braucht es allerdings noch den Kamin dazu zum heizen im Wohnbereich.

House was very comfortable, quiet, very clean and spacious. Easily have 4 to 6 people in the house and not feel cramped.Furniture was good quality and nice to use.Kitchen was well equipped.Conveniently located with restaurants and coffee shops.Definitely would rent it again.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour à Prazeres dans la jolie maison de Catia ; vaste, confortable, décorée avec goût et bien placée, sans aller trop loin pour faire les courses , entre autres le super mercado jouxtant la pizzéria, sans oublier le restaurant "Abrigos dos Prazeres", nous proposant des plats typiques et délicieux. Seul point négatif dans la "maison jaune" : la maison est grande, il serait donc judicieux et si pratique d'avoir un aspirateur, plutôt que le balai mis à notre disposition.Autrement tout était parfait et nous garderons un souvenir merveilleux et inoubliable de cette île magnifique entre mer et montagne doté d'un soleil quasi quotidien. Das Leahouse ist sehr geräumig und sehr gut ausgestattet. Es hat unserer Familie an nichts gefehlt, auch Sitzmöglichkeiten im Haus und aussen sind ausreichend vorhanden. Die Lage ist perfekt für Wanderungen in der Umgebung und auch ist man schnell auf den größeren Straßen, um andere Ausgangspunkte zu erreichen. Für uns war es auch sehr positiv, dass es eine Garage 'im' Haus gibt und dass das Grundstück geschlossen ist. Das Inserat gibt Haus und Umgebung perfekt wider. Man kommt mit einem normalen Auto direkt auf das Grundstück.Sofern Französisch Betten für alle 'Paare' ok sind, bietet das Haus problemlos auch Platz für 6 Personen, zumal es drei vollständig ausgestattete Bäder gibt. Alles Super!

Wir waren jetzt zum 4. Mal im Leahouse und können es nur weiterempfehlen. Das Wetter war in diesem Jahr sehr kühl und unbest ändig mit viel Regen. Die Heizung, die seit 2024 eingebaut worden ist, hat uns die Situation aber deutlich leichter ertragen lassen.

Great house, fantastic location

We really enjoyed our stay, the house is great. So much space and a well-equipped kitchen. It is very conveniently located, many restaurants etc. nearby and very short drive to the beach in Caleta. Very nice surroundings and very quiet at night. We loved the fireplace! Will definitely come again.

Familienurlaub für Wandern und Entspannen

Der Aufenthalt in dem Haus war sehr schön. Mit vier Personen ist das Haus sehr großzügig, hell und gut ausgestattet. Man hat genug Platz für alle und kann im großen Ess-/Wohnzimmer gemütliche Abende verbringen. Durch die Klimaanlage kann auch im Winter geheizt werden.Die Lage ist schön ruhig. Restaurants und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind fußläufig erreichbar.Die Organisation zur Vermietung ist sehr einfach und freundlich.

Sehr schöner Ort, tolle Lage des Hauses

Der Ort liegt abseits von allem Trubel und genau das ist es was wir gesucht haben. Als Startpunkt für verschiedenen Wandertouren optimal, ein Auto war nur erforderlich um zum Startpunkt zu kommen. Der Supermarkt im Ort war für uns ausreichend, dass Restaurant an der Tankstelle mit seinen typischen portugiesischen Gerichten, den tollen Weinen und dem traumhaften Sonnenuntergang können wir allen nur ans Herz legen. Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder !! Wer allerdings Party, Unterhaltung und Ausgehmöglichkeiten, Shoppingerlebnisse sucht ist hier falsch. Die Natur, die Ruhe liegt im Vordergrund und das muss man mögen. Eine rundum wunderschöne Woche und das Haus war sauber, toll ausgestattet, gute Beschreibungen und Tipps vom Vermieter, wir kommen sehr gerne wieder, vielleicht dann in das Nachbargebäude mit Pool ?

Cozy and calm

We had a fantastic stay at the house. Good cleaning and The house was exactly as described in photos. We had car during our stay and had it parked in the garage. We also loved the area and neighbourhood. Cozy small restaurants and cafees in the area. Defenitly would book this again. Communication was very good with the host.

Wir haben das Haus in einem sehr sauberen und voll ausgestatteten Zustand vorgefunden. Die Kommunikation mit Cátia war jederzeit zufriedenstellend und äußerst freundlich. Die Lage ist top, um die Nord-/, West- und Südküste zu erreichen. Alles in allem sehr empfehlenswert!

South Madeira Idyll

Lovely small town of Prazeres with multiple excellent restaurants and a lovely well appointed house. Very clean & spacious for the 4 of us with outside space for relaxing in the evening. Air Con was a blessing ! One improvement would be a more modern smart TV to access Netflix etc especially for the youngsters, other than this its perfect.

Heel ruim huis,van alle gemakken voorzien! Beschrijving van internet klopt.Buiten verschillende plekken om van de zon te genieten met terrasmeubilair en zelfs twee ligbedden met kussens. Klein gemoedelijk dorpje met enkele restaurantjes en een supermarkt. Auto wel nodig als je iets van Madeira wilt zien. Parkeren op de oprit van het huis, met hek ervoor desgewenst zelfs in garage! Mooie plek om vakantie te houden.

Die Laage des Hauses ist gut um Madeira gut zu bereisen

Gutes Haus es war ein schöner Urlaub Ausstattung der Küchengeräte in der Küche war gut. Einzig das Bett war ein bisschen hart.
